This virtual experience offers a peaceful pause from daily demands, helping you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner calm. No prior experience is needed simply find a quiet space, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you into relaxation.
1 on 1 Sound Bath
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing vibrations produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, or gentle percussion. Rather than focusing on melody or rhythm, the session emphasizes tones and frequencies that encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation.
During a session, you typically lie down or sit comfortably with eyes closed while the facilitator plays the instruments in a slow, intentional way. The sounds create layers of resonance that can be felt physically and emotionally, often guiding the body into a state similar to deep meditation.
